I have a 96' camaro lt1. It has been punched out to a 355ci with port and polished heads. It is also running a powerdyne supercharger @ 6psi. Other than that just the usuall bolt-ons. My question is I need to replace my injectors and was wondering what # would be best?

 

i ran 30s with my powerdyne and had no problems. theyre for sale if youre interested.

 

How does the Powerdyne add the extra fuel when its under boost... with an FMU that raises the fuel pressure, or using the stock fuel pressure and PCM 1bar+ programming? That will determine the required injector size.

I would say that mostly depends on where you want to go with the car. The stockers are definitely not up to the task for much more power than you have now. 42# seems to be a popular choice with the forced induction crowd. Anywhere from 36-70 seems to be available, the more power you want eventually the bigger you should go. You CAN have too big of injectors for you system though.

I would say atleast 42's...

 

If you plan on leaving the boost level the same I would say 42's would be ideal.

I have 60#ers in my 95, 383, D1SC with 15#'s of boost.

 

I agree w/ Injuneer. Do you have an FMU? Or are you running a custom tune? With an FMU
and an auxiliary pump 24's are enough.
