What do you think of this setup, will it work?

Basicly I'm just looking to see if this will be dangerous, the setup I have in my sig plus a blower? I know I know, the cam/compression is not right, but compression I counted it up to be 10.9:1 & yes big cam on 112lsa. But what is the safe as far as boost goes? Basicly I want to just give it a little more top end power & most importantely more drivability, can I do this with a blower? LIke can I go like 3lbs of boost or something? LMK guys & what you think.

This is 100% serious.

Personally, i really dont hink it would be worth putting on a s/c for 3ps of boost. I think you would be better off just spraying the thing.

I agree that something like a 50hp shot would be more suited to your setup. The high compression will love the nitrous and would make a blower problematic.

If you really like the idea of having the power on tap that the blower provides, look at 6-8lbs of boost and use alky/water injection to help limit detonation. You can get more on the injection stuff reading the Buick turbo boards...

Keep in mind that altitude has a lot to do with how much you have to worry about boost. If you're at 5000 ft., the 6lbs wouldn't be a problem... JMO.

Hold on to it until your rebuild and then go with dished, forged pistons and strength the bottom end.

or

Pull the heads and hog out the chambers to 62cc-64cc to lower compression. Then use the alky/water injection.

or

Put it in the for sale section and buy a 50 shot...

or

Go ahead and put it on and when you fry a piston go back to the first option on this list...
