what brand piston rings to use?

which brand will hold up to boost? and what ring gaps? id like to use a bit of nitrous as well.

and am i right to assume that i should break in my motor without the blower? and how long (miles) before i can install the blower?

I use speed pro. Was easy on the motor for about 200 miles then put it under boost. Every motor I have done with plasma moly rings it took about 100 miles to break in. I did use a chrome ring once and that took about 700 miles.
