What Blower is right for me?

okay, here's what im driving.

1967 Camaro SS

350 c.i. bored .030. 2.02, 1.60 76 cc. iron heads. Mild cam, (dont know specs) Keith Black forged pistons. Weiand Intake and a holley 600 carb. Im running 8.85 :1 Compression. Its a fairly mild setup. Im guessing im running 275-300 horsepower. I can do the 1\4 mile in 13.7 - 13.9.

now, I wanna throw a blower on my car cuz i have low compression and good pistons and fresh rings and bearings.

I dont want anything big, Maybe like a 75-130 horsepower gain.

Im looking at the Holley power charger, 177. or a 471. Im not to sure about a 671, it might be a bit much. and i dont really want to buy 2 more carbs instead of just one. I wanna keep this as cheap as possible. but hopefully put me in the 12's.

What should i do? or what blower would be best for me?

If you are going to do it from the beginning ... get a T-trim... it will do more boost lower than the S-trim and has a higher potential.. once you get in the boost thing you will always want to go up, so start correctly and save some $.

I first started with a paxton sn93.. not a good idea
then I went iwth an s-trim.. nice blower but it fell short after a while.. Now I have a T-trim and I HOPE that will sufice

Anyways.. start out with a T-trim. If you buy a new kit the T-trim upgrade is just $100 more or so.. go to www.superchargersonline.com they have the best deals everyday.. but if Tbyrne has a special go with them, the always beat their price

Like my man said above go big the first time and you'll have room to grow as you needs get bigger. But there are other big centrificals other than Vortech like ATI especially if you dont want to run a air/water setup.

In that case I would go with a Twin Screw or something similar.. nothing better like off idle boost

S-trim T-trim have no determination perse.. but if I would take a guess it would be

Street Trim.. Track Trim
Race Trim

Anyways the Trim will tell you what to look for.. on superchargersonline you can ask for any kit if its available

check out www.vortechsuperchargers.com to see if a kit is
