Vortech YSi users, a question for ya......
I did a search and couldn't find too much info on this. I plan on going to a YSi trim when I build my 383. I dont think I'll be going to an intercooler because I don't want to cut up the front end of my car. That leaves me with an aftercooler type setup. I've seen the threads on whether or not the vortech aftercooler can support a YSi trim. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place that will custom fab an aftercooler setup that will support the high boost levels the YSi can put out. Any suggestions?
TIA
BTW, this is on an LT1

The Vortech Aftercooler will support quite a bit of power. I kept mine at first when I switched to a turbo. I made nearly 700 rwhp with it through a TH350. However, I did measure about 2 psi pressure drop through it. I later put in a much larger custom Bell unit and made the same power at less boost.
