Vortech oil line restrictor

the restrictor for the oil feed is in the blower/the brass fitting that attaches to the blower.. correct?

i believe it's actually in side the blower cause i thought the same with my ati and they told me it's in the blower

The restrictor is a filter and its a JET... it screws on either side of the blower. Need a picture? I have one here..
