bv57 Valve
The Maxflow bv57 Valve improves supercharger operations by opening to relieve unwanted pressure during deceleration, this reduces heat build-up and eliminates compressor surge. These units feature a "rolling diaphragm" design with a -4 AN signal hose connection and dual filtered vents which provide ultra-quick valve response along with unmatched reliability. This super high-flow unit (1300+ CFM @ 10 PSIG) is adaptable to all types of supercharged and turbocharged installations, mounted at any angle. 57mm air passage and high-lift 66mm valve head are the largest available. Stainless steel V-band mounting clamp design for quick, clean and secure attachment. Body, cap and valve machined entirely from 6061-T6 aluminum. Mechanically retained Viton valve seat for zero pressure loss under boost. Spring preload screw allows user to adjust valve opening pressure. Steel or aluminum mounting flanges are available separately and are required for proper usage.
