Re: Vortech Crank Pulley???

ASP pulleys makes them. I'm having them custom make me a 7" for my Vortech with my ATI damper cause the original pulley is now offset. But they should make the standard 7" for the vortech also. Don't know the site but do a google search for ASP pulleys.

I also have the ATI/ASP combo, works well.

Did your factory dampner fly off as well?

Re: Vortech Crank Pulley???

No, didn't fly off. Just dropped a 383 in and went with the dual keyed hub ATI but didn't even think about it being offset slightly. Don't like having the tensioner and charger pulley shimmed out either. Found out that ASP custom makes them when i called so went with them. Glad your happy with your pulley. Makes me feel better. Was it a bolt up pulley? All holes lined up fine and also lined up with your tensioner and charger pulley with no shimming needed?

Its a good pulley, and it looks great. It fits tightly inside the ATI and you may need a rubber mallet to get it in there, it wasn't too bad. I think I am using a 42.5 inch belt with a 2.85 upper pulley.

Thanks Flip. Thats the pulley combo i'll be using. Do you happen to have a number off your belt in case i need to cross reference it when I go get one? How much boost are you pushing through your 355 with that combo by the way? Thanks.
