stage 3 is fine.

instead of going to a stage 5 wheel, i would suggest a 28 housing

 

I'm asumming this is a turbonetics unit...

 

you can get t3 housings from alot of people,

i prefer garret

stage 3 wheel is fine. no need to ask for it, it is what all of the t3t4E turbos come with unless you specify something else.
