Twin Guys in here please...

Can you give me the cost of your setup and the actual setup... please?

Captain_Stooben@Yahoo.com because my PM box is pretty filled up. I would really appreciate it as I am trying to shop around for my perfect turbo kit.

there is no off the shelf twin "kit" for LT1s... You're looking at a total custom job.

Re: Twin Guys in here please...

considering that all of the fast turbo imports that came with twins, upgrade to a large single, id probably go with the single

i dont think you got any deals there. I built a custom turbo setup for the 360 in my old jeep for about 1200 bucks

My guess is he is running slightly faster times in the 1/4 than your jeep though

You had a T-88 with stainless piping, a built fuel system and aftermarket standalone in a Jeep, and all that only cost you $1200?

Go troll the Honda forums.

sorry but i dont own a honda, and maybe he isnt looking to spend 20k, im just saying that it could be done, not everyone needs stainless. mine was twin 13gs with steel piping. but thats besides the point. Im just saying that if he wants a single turbo kit, not to get scared off by the 20k figure because hell be able to do it for less. You can probably get a fuel system for about 1200, turbo for about 1500, piping for about 2000 depending on how intricate, intercooler for about 500 depending on who you know, and a standalone for another 2000.thats about 7200 total, so figure 8k with all the other crap i forgot

My turbos were more than $1200 bucks.

The perfect turbo kit for an LT1 is made by PTK.
