TurboTec RW#S w/T76 and....

What RWHP and RWTQ are Ls1 Turbo Tec Kit cars getting with a a T76 and a built motor? With or with out the 3 inch DP and larer crossover. The T76 is good for near 1000ho to the fly or more. Why arent cars making that type of power?

the turbo is capable of that much power, but the manifold is not.

also, most people who buy the kit, dont build up the engine to be capable of that power.

you would need fully forged internals, and serious head/valvetrain work for that power.

no.......i seriously doubt that..........who told you that?

highest turbo tech numbers ive seen was like 550ish rwhp, and 600ish rwtq..............that was a built 383 w/T76 kit.

the manifold design really limits the kit..........its a bottleneck.

the new proturbokits.com setup seems to be alot better design, capable of 800ish rwhp they say.

I have an LS1 car not a Lt1 car. The manifold is different on the LS1 car. Cars with a stock bottom end make mid 500rwhp on ls1 cars.
