does anyone know of any Turbo kits for the v6's??? or are there only superchargers??? i'm jsut asking b/c i see everyone talkin about turbos and i thought up until now that all that was available for f-bodies was Superchargers... also if it is the case that all thats out there is superchargers for v6's, wuts the best one to go with...meaning the most effective and reliable (wont blow my engine easily, and can get a warranty on)

 

the turbo is safer on hte engine but can shorten the engine life if the oil isnt changed analy. The turbos will make more power out the crank under the same engine load with the correct turbine size. I say OUT the crank because superchargers willl make the power but they steal power to drive them. The internals are taking a 650 hp beeting but 50 of that is taken off to drive the blower so you have 650 on the crank 600 out the crank. i dont think they make turbo kits yet but i know of companys that make custom kits. ive never havent heard that any sc kit is under waranty. What kind of waranty are you asking for "you blow your engine racing we buy a new one"
