Without trying to get to complicated, it should be noted, that temperature is a variable that affects the weight of air. Using the .069 figure, will be accurate in determining cfm @115* F. This figure is not a constant, it will increase as air temp goes down, and visa versa. For instance, @80* F, the figure would be .0735. The weight of air is also affected by moisture content, but that is a separate issue.
