Turbo Basics and misc info

I am seriously considering turbo charging my car, but want to find out as much info as I can. Being new to the turbo area, I want to know everything I can. Are there any sites out there that have some indepth turbo knowledge I can read? Anything you can give would be great. Also, I was considering a twin turbo setup but seems like a single turbo would be easier. What is you opinions on this subject.

www.turbogms.com start there, read in the knowledge base section. It tells you how a turbo works and how to pick one for your engine. There are tons of links and info on our cars.

Wish we had a FAQ. Of course, no one ever reads them

Re: Turbo Basics and misc info

Thanks for the links everyone. I am off to do some reading. I was wondering if anyone knew of a reputable shop in the Washington DC area to do the tuning on the car if and when I put on the turbo setup? Have a good night all.
