timing retard with powerdyne?

How do you retard the timing with the powerdyne kit? My old vortech had the adjustable **** mounted in the car. Also, I've never set rev limiter on these ignitions (the crane one with the kit) It says rpm X100 and has 2 dials. Am I missing something?

The PD kit doesn't come with one. The dials you are looking at on the ignition box are to set the rev limiter. One is thousands of rpm and the other is hundreds. You will need a separate Crane TRC-2 boost controller which will proportionally retard timing with boost. Jegs or Summit has them. Just be sure to get the right one....there are different versions of timing retard controllers from Crane. Just make sure it is compatible with whichever Crane ignition you have. If you have the Crane HI-6 I believe the TRC-2 is the correct one but check to be sure in the manual.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I just sold my crane with the retard because I thought I was done with forced induction
