Thinking of going turbo please help

I have noticed that most of the the bigger strokers(383 & 396) are going with superchargers. Is there a reason for that? I want a 383 with a turbo. What companies sell a 383 turbo stroker kit? What would be an ideal CR? And I have to be emissions legal do any of the kits have CARB #'s? Anything that I left out please feel free to let me know.

I think the only turbo kit out there capable of supporting decent HP is Pro Turbo Kits.

Some people have made good power with Turbo Technologys setup, but I think they are extensively modified.
