Thinking about Putting a twin Turbo on this Camaro, PIC

A guy I know on FB is thinking about putting a twin turbo on the factory 305. Here is the pic, which I took from FB. Opinions? Should he?

Only if he can do it really cheaply.

If he's decent with an arc welder and he can find some old Buick turbos he can do it relatively cheap.
