T88 turbo kit..

.. Is finally coming along! I was very busy for the last 2 months with kart racing.. so I wasn't able to stary on the new T88 turbo kit.. finally, I was able to start this weekend..

headers are done(some in progress pics)

http://www.fastblackcar.com/camaro/t...ForT88/header/

Hoping to have cross over and DP done by the weekend(and being coated). if everything goes welll.. running in 2 weeks!
(fuel system is all done too)

Thanks to ls1speed and James Moran for all the help!

I am going to grind on some welds, I got a bad fill of 75/25 so i had some porisity on the first half dozen welds. going to go back and grind them and check for pin holes...

oh well, what ya gonna do

a bonus of this design, I can have all the plugs/wires already done and the headers just drop in..

How are you gonna route the crossover? Are you gonna route it around the front like the last one?

yup, around the front. That way I hav eplenty of room for a 4" down pipe, and easy plug changes from underneath on the drivers side

and btw..........what is the negative impact of having un-equal length primaries on the headers?
