supercharged lt1

if i were to build a lt1 for boost how much psi would it take to get to around 800 at the wheels

If you took a stock engine and got enough psi to make that sort of HP you would destroy your engine.

You ought to post this in "Forced Induction". But with a good set of heads, etc. it will still take at least 25psi. This will be at least a $20,000 project, maybe a lot more. There are not a lot of 800rwhp LT1's out there, and most are trailer queens. That amount of power is also more than you can really effectively use on street tires anyway. Aim for 500-600rwhp. It will be 1/2 the cost, just as much fun, and more reliable. Only problem is that you won't be able to say how yours is bigger.
