Supercharged 350 to supercharged 383 boost ??? please...

Anyone out there have some 350 to 383 boost differences while running the same pulley? Just curious and would like to know what kind of boost my 383 will run with the same pulley I ran on my 350. It's an S-Trim on an LT1 and I ran 6psi before stroking it. Assuming I left the 6psi pulley on, how much boost would I end up pushing on the 383? Would it run about the same or would I drop some boost? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.

You're going to lose 2-3 psi off your gauge. More if you do head/camshaft changes, but your power will still increase.

So would I be able to pick up the same amount of HP with less boost in a stroker vs a 350? Basically, if I picked up 120hp with 6psi before I stroked it, would I still be able to pick up about the same amount of HP still with the 6psi pulley pushing less boost, or will I need to go to a smaller pulley to get the same HP the charger was making with the 6psi pulley? Thanks for the fast feedback also by the way.

The blower will be moving the same amount of air if your rpm range stays the same, but the charge air will be 20-30 degrees cooler. The increased displacement should pick up power. You could pulley back up, say .250" and make even more power.

Thanks for the info. I have a 2.5 pulley here and was planning on putting it on before I reinstall the charger. Was just kinda curious to how much boost it would push since previously that pulley should have pushed about 10psi.
