That thing squats at the line! 1.5x 60' shows the naysayers that "lag" can be eliminated if launched right. Once the car is moving lag is no longer a concern considering upshift will only drop the rpm's ~1000-1500 from peak.

realquick-
lag has nothing to do with launching and boost, you are talking about more of a function of boost vs rpm.

an auto will likely never (unless its a HUGE turbo) have a problm making boost on the line.

I know. People make general statements like there arent fast sts cars. Then sts supporters say "if the car is setup correctly it would be fast". This is an example of a car setup correctly.

Auto + turbo = 0 lag. He had the turbo spooled at the line. That thing is setup nice. A great example of how well a rear mount turbo can work.
