those are the guys putting on my supercharger and I saw the dyno sheet @ thier shop Extreme performance thier car is they blew it up and had a new engine out and in within that day lol they were hopin too race that weekend but bad weather came up.

mikael, this guy was on the stock pistons?

tailwind.. im curious to what evidence made you sure it would hold? i cracked a factory piston at little more than 450rwhp...
If i recall correctly, it was an entirely stock longblock. Said it held up fine after pretty many passes (50+ sticks in my head) and upon tearing it down he said it showed very little wear.


I'll dig around and see if i can find it.

There is a guy in the local club here running a H/C LS1 SS putting 600/600 to the wheels roughly through a stock short block. No boost just juice 100 Dry + 150 Wet in two stages. been doing it for over a year and he regularly runs it on saturday night. Also a daily driver.

I would say 500rwhp is reliable daily power. I am just showing that the ls1 has been tested up over 600.
