Started my turbo build pictures..

Its takin me a few weeks to get this far, but I have a good start.

I started out with moving my radiator foward.

Then I moved my alternator, I hate it up top..

Very nice! Where in NY are you located? Also, what headers did you use?

Thanks, Jason

North of albany, Lake george area.. I used GMC truck headers, and the drivers side header had to be modified to clear the steering shaft.

header tube size?

I am turbo charging a 85 camaro...I have been looking for some headers and saw someone else using truck headers.all I can find have 1.5 tube size.I need atleast 15/8 but would like 13/4 tubes.I have contemplated about mounting it behind the rearend and using slp headers and 3 inch pipe to the turbo.kinda like the sts system but more racey..this car is a street warrior.
yours is looking good.....
thanks,
Scott

Yes these are 1.5 tubing, I have the flange open up to the same size as the exhaust port on my heads. Bigger is not better because you lose velocity going to the turbo.
