. Looks great. Some very trick pieces on your car. I like how it is outside of the box.Ryan

I always get a visual treat anytime you post pics of your beast. Glad to see you have really put so much attention to detail in your LT1. We are a dying breed
Long live the the twin turbo LT1 and of course us N/A LT1 guys

Re: SS progress pics
Thanks again guys.
slowpoke96z28- I use an old Spohn torque arm. (the slider version)
Traction is definitely a problem, but I'm ok with that. It did pull between 1.49-1.52 on the 27in hoosier QTP's last year. (but it had QA1 shocks at the time)
And yeah, I still streetrace a bit, it's pretty easy to take someone by suprise
Schurters LT1- Havn't tried it yet, but I think it should work. Reluctor wheel is from a 95 F150 (108 teeth, 106 is stock). Had to machine the ring to fit the differential (7.3in to fit the detroit true trac).
After that, I just had to measure where to drill the housing, and also dent the top of the housing down to get the sensor/reluctor clearance correct.

Re: SS progress pics
How are you able to keep ABS with the 9", I thought it wasn't possible, do you have 3 channel or 4 channel ABS? Absolutely great car, I hope to have someting like it one day.
Never mind I asked my question before looking at page 2, awesome to know I can put a 9" under the car and not have to lose ABS.

Re: SS progress pics
Awesome.
Who makes those turbo headers?
Are you running stock PCM?
How is tuning done?
Is a 2 or 3 MAP sensor tuning possible on LT1's?
What other way to get it fueled and tuned, other than dual fuel rail/injectors, if you were to do it differently.

Thanks. I made the headers and turbo system.
The stock PCM is wired in with the Big Stuff3 (stand-alone engine management), so that the stock gauges, and A/C works. I also have it running the fans and fuel pump.
Tuning is done with the BS3, and is speed density.
I've heard of people using 2 bar map sensors with the stock PCM, but I have not done it. You would still need to use an impedence converter (which I do not like personally) to run a decent sized injector, and you would not have a closed loop wideband.
I previously had 1 set of injectors and a FAST system, which worked great, but I had to mix fuel in order to run higher boost.
Re: SS progress pics
here is another one. I am running 16 injectors 50s each. The first set 50s will operate at 80% duty cycle. The secondary injectors will kick in and is control by mega squirt via 4 bar map and wb02

Just curious why you would do that and not run dual fuel systems?

Clean and mean, dood...REAL CLEAN AND REAL MEAN! I love yer attention to detail! Just the sum of the parts are wicked, but the way you have everything "working together" is super max zoom wicked! You would get my vote on American Idol!
