i just got done puttin gmy 383 toghter..had to replace the pistons and some other little stuff, anways....car drives fine but when i come to a stop it will not idle...IAC isnt maxing out either..it just dies if i dont give it gas. I let the car idle in the garage for a few min and it had no problems doing that but as soon as i start driving and come to a stop it wants to shut off..any ideas?
Never had a problem like that before the rebuild so i doubt its the tune...

 

fixed it...cranked the blades open a tinny bit to .74 on the TPS and IAC started working a lot better.
