Slp Mass Air And Maybe A Throttle Body Is It Worth It.....

I thought about buying a slp 85mm mass air do these help a supercharged car any or I thought about buying different end for mine and maybe a throttle body has anybody gain any horsepower from any of these. thanks

From: I reached back like a pimp and smacked that LS1....
In your case, (and most), the stock MAF sensor is the best.

You may see some small gains from porting your existing throttle body.

If you can port it yourself (throttle body), then go for it. The stock throttle body is 48mm while the intake mouth is 52mm.

Keep the stock MAF. Not worth it. There's other things that are more important for a blown engine.

-He has an LS1, but other than the 48mm/52mm, you are correct.
