Silicon reducers for relocated Maf?

Hi. I need to relocate my Maf to after charger placement. How did you guys do it?

I figured silicon reducers but not sure. I have a p600b kit if it matters. Using the stock MAF and the 3" inlet pipe that came with the kit, what is the best way to connect?

Thanks.

NOW you tell me! I thought TurboHoses was a little pricey. Man, that chaps me. Oh well, live and learn. Thanks SMOKNZ. And I'm sure that slimdawson thanks you for saving him $40.00.

I actually just stumbled on the webpage a few weeks ago when LT1RX7 posted about a oil line restricter they sold. I followed the link and checked out what else they had to offer. Sorry I didn't know about them in the past!
