Hard to say exactly.

Most brands of superchargers advertise a 55% gain in horsepower, which if u calculate air pressure numbers on paper APPEARS to be true in THEORY. However, most LT1s are not designed to properly hand super or turbo charging for a long period of time on a stock bottom end.

I suppose with the right fuel system, programming, and ignition system, it would be capable of 90-120 HSP at stock boost.

It depends on how you set it up and how many lbs of boost you are planning to hit, if you are going to use an aftercooler, and if it will be tune properly? Then if you are going to do any heads work, too.

My maxed S-trim is giving me 611rwhp.

If I have to attempt to quess from my experience and I may be totally wrong,

0. Currently 328rwhp
1. just throw on a 6# kit ~ 400rwhp
2. tuned ~ 425
3. aftercooler, 10#, hard intake pipe ~ 450
4. heads ~ 475

This was what I did before, but I started with a set of AFR 190's with 68cc chambers from the beginning so that it drop my CR on my stock bottom end which kept my engine safe for over two years at 10# with 476rwhp. Plus I'm a pretty calm and cool driver, no road rage.

I do agree that the more you try to push, the sooner you need a rebuild.

good luck
