I have eagle H... keep in mind that LJ did 600s with stock crank and rods!!! they did break though.. but he was hammering them...

My setup "shouldn't" break with good tunning... I has run HARD its miles... 5k miles or such...

No problems at all when I removed the pan for a gasket change!

You should be alright... I agree that if you want to pump A LOT more, get lunati pro mods...

The eagle H-beam should hold...

I did a search and the callies is a lot more expensive though...

How much was removed from the journals on this crank?

Also, the description in the link you provided says it requires a counter weighted flywheel, will this work for an LT1?

Thanks
Ben
In order to get .020" extra stroke, the center of the journal must move .010", which means that the ID side of the journal must lose .020", providing the OD side of the journal loses nothing.

Summary: the journals are .020" under.

An LT1 has a counter-weighted flywheel.

My general rule is 50% new price.

New is $515, so I'll ask for $255.

Fair enough?

I've been using the same eagle crank and rods for a few years now.

So far so good.

I made 928 fwhp using a GM forged crank. I am always thinking about it when I run the car... It has impressed me so far!
