RPM limit of ATI P-600B

Where should I set my rev limiter for a P600B with the 12lb pulley? I was told there was a chart on the ATI website, but I can't find it?

Thanks

Re: RPM limit of ATI P-600B

The P600B is a "stock" head unit. I wouldn't spin it past the factory rpm limit. I had mine rebuilt twice (the first time had all the fancy upgrades) tring to get the boost numbers that I was told the pulley combo I was running would make.

Impeller RPM = Crank diameter divided by Blower Pulley diameter x Gear Ratio of the blower (3.05) x Engine RPM.

Max Impeller RPM for a P600B is 60,000

I kept my rev limiter set at 6500rpms and shifter around 6200. Never had a problem with the 12# pulley.

From looking at your sig, looks like our setups are about the same. Just I have the CC224/236 cam and longtubes.

Re: RPM limit of ATI P-600B

man if i can get 500 hp at the tires as is ..with that blower i wont want to do much more....im assuming if i had head work done, i could pick up another 30 hp or so...i dont even mind if i lose some power down low..its already...blowin through the tires..no problem..some more midrange power...4000rpm and up would be nice..
