Does anyone for a fact if the F1R will fit in the LT1 barckets? I dont remember seeing if it did or did not...

i am aware of the block and frame clearance issues,and these will be addressed in the near future. This is basically going to be an all out drag setup,with extremely limited street use.

"I looked into the F1R, to the point of ordering it and returning it for an F1. I'm sure it could be done, but it would be difficult to fit on a 4th gen with all the accessories. Rich,hopefully you will see this....where did you order the F1R from?

 

I currently own a F1 and in order to get that to fit properly I had to grind away at the block. ATI does not make a bracket that will fit F1-R in an LT1. You will have to custom make a bracket. Expect to hack up the inside of your engine compartment to get that bad boy to fit.

im gonna see how my buddies 3rd gen race bracket for the F1R and see what happens,the new hood im running should give me the room.
