onlyone07, I think you have already proved to us that you know all about internet/sea level racing

ZombieSS, some of us are familiar with how poor atmospheric conditions affect track times.....I think you have a real good mph considering the factors. I'm sure you will be 127+mph when you have a little more time to dial it is and get some 50 degree temps. I think you are running well

Lets see...ypu make~250rwhp more than a stock ls1 and trap 25mph more than stock ls1's...sounds right to me.

Back when I had untuned heads/cam I was making 120rwhp more than a stock Lt1 and trapped 114mph (about 12-14mph faster than a stock LT1 M6). eneral rule of thumb applies...every 10hp will gain you 1mph for a street machine. bviously when you start getting into 9's or faster it dosnt quite work that way.

 

I dont remember anyone saying that STS rear mount kits dont work or arent capable of decent times. Now being as good as a front mount, thats a diffrent story. Excellent times. I have nothing against the sts kits. Keep us all posted on your progress and new times!

Also agreed, I see STS bashing, but honestly when someone posts their ATI blower numbers with 25 psi and making 700rwhp everyone claps their hands, but when an STS kit puts down 600RWHP with 13 psi everyone bashes it, then when the ATI w/25psi runs at the track and puts down 130mph everyone claps but someone runs 123+ mph at 12 psi on STS everyone starts analysing, so you gained a few more MPH then a heads/ cam.

Well what are you trying to say? Most STS guys have stock valve springs or stock heads etc.. But most blower guys have super ported heads/super cams etc... Are you saying 130mph at 25psi is good? Or wait, blower is good but rear mount turbo is not right?

Whatever I read these threads and its very upsetting to see nothing but bashing for a company that invented a new way of doing things when the world screemed "NO IT"S NOT EVEN GOING TO SPOOL" before "EVER".

Sucks to be wrong I guess but suck it up, put a cork in your *** and it won't stink everytime you speak.
