Question Procharger Questions

Hello Everyone, this is my first post. I have a 95 T/A 6spd. I need some recomendations for injector sizing and 2nd Pump, here is what I have so far:
D1SC, 14lb pulley
Front Mount cooler
8:5 383 block
AFR 210's, ported to flow 334 cfm
Port Matched LT4 intake
custom grind cam from Comp
BBK 58mm throttle body
Aeromotive adj. fuel pressure regulator
Walbro 255 in-tank pump
Hooker Longtubes
Speed Eng 4inch exhaust

I was thinking 98lb injectors
Thanks, Jason

You don't need that much. Somewhere there is a formula, but probably 72???

I have similar set-up. D1 383 with 9,5:1 compression 97ss obd2 pcm. Afr 190 heads. You should have better flow than I. I run 72# Seimens peak and hold type injectors from and Acceleronics driver. Also, run 2 Walbro 255lph in tank pumps with two -6an fuel lines (re-configured the entire fuel system). I run a PE vs. rpm WOT curve that is about mid scale calabration. Used a wideband Dynojet O2 to tune it. A must have tool. B.

The pump should be fine as is. You need to sure the pump gets enough voltage, a "Boost-a-Pump" type setup may be needed. You don't need injectors that big. You will probably be ok with injectors in the 50lb/h range, IOW, you can avoid the need for low impedance injectors.

Thanks for the input guys, after talking with Procharger more, I think I'll go with 60# inj. and a Kenne Bell Boost a Pump.

You are running a VERY simular setup to me.

(D1SC, 15#'s of boost, FMIC, 8.8:1 CR, ported AFR 180's, 58mm TB, Hooker LT's, ect.)

I agree that you should stay with 60# injectors. I am using 60# Mototrons, and they work great for me. Personally I think you are past the safe point with running just one Walboro fuel pump, I would reccomend getting a boost referenced 2nd one like I (and many others) am/are running. If you want another possible solution to getting a second fuel pump, you can always go with a booster pump on top of the 255 lph pump you currently have (if you are interested in this route, I have a brand new one I can give you a KILLER deal on), and that should also safely support you.
