Just got an E mail from Sam ( IN POWERDYNE ).........
This is his E mail back to me:Sorry, our LT1 kits are not CA smog legal at all.I can't really tell you how to
cheat the smog test without putting the company at risk. Unfortunately, you willneed to figure that one out. There are ways though. You will gain 80 rear hp with the 4.5 psi kit and about 120 rear hp with the 6 psi kit.
