Ported Intake on FI LT1

Ported Intake on FI LT1

You hear alot about using ported heads on a forced induction car but what about a ported intake. Is it worth it to have the LT1 intake ported for a FI car or would the gains be minimal?

I port matched my intake to the heads and didn't really notice much difference as far as power.

I thought since the air is forced the gains would be small unless you make some serious power. Having bigger exhaust ports i thought was more important.
