p600 for lt1
P600 is not really known for much boost. Your probably looking at a max of under 8#'s. At that boost level or less, a single walboro 255 should support the moderate increase in HP. You will also probably need bigger injectors, and a dyno tune.
If you're gonna spend the money though, why not go for a P1SC? With it, you can still run low boost, but it is capable of more, so when you get more money to upgrade the motor, you can also run more boost. Better yet, the P1SC is upgradable to a D1SC, for when you are ready for some BIG power.

The P1SC and P600b both flow the same cfm. The P1SC has a better internal step-up ratio which helps reduce belt slippage and it's self-contained so it doesn't use engine oil for lubrication. You can make easily over 400rwhp with the P600b. A good option if you're looking to buy a used kit. If your looking to buy a new kit, the P1SC is what you should get.
