Over heating with FMIC

With the install of a FMIC on the car T/A will it over heat with the stock rad and fans...

In a word: no.

Your radiator fans should still be able to draw enough (if not the same amount as before) air through the radiator to keep it cool enough. Your FMIC will not impede airflow by that much.

I have the OBX FMIC, and I have not had any issues with cooling. And I live in the friggin tropics! You should be fine.
