Opti Vacuum Harness

I just updated my 94 opti to 95 vented. Where does vortech reccomend I place the blue connector? Move it to the intake side?

On the solid black plastic intake pipe for the blower there is a hole threaded for a small fitting that the opti vacumn plugs in to. At least that's how it is on mine.
