You need to have it tuned based on the methanol injection being used. You cant just tune it without, and then throw the methanol injection at it afterwards.

It can change your A/F ratio. Also, if you're cooling the charge more, you can throw more timing at it possibly.

Oh..well I want to use the meth injection as a safety item instead of something to be able to make more power. So has anyone nailed down a good stock pcm tuner yet??

You still need to tune with it if you're going to use it. No way around that
