oil return/feed?

Ok...I'm gathering pieces for a twin turbo project (since the wife says I can't spend a lot I can DEFINITLY do this relatively cheaply since I already have a lot of the parts from other turbo projetct). So where should I get a pressurized oil source from for BOTH turbos? Can I "T" of there the pressure sending unit is for both of them? Also...I can definitly tap into the oil pan for the return lines (how far up does that have to be anyway), but could I also run 1 line to each vavle cover? Or will the fill up too fast and not drain the oil back fast enough? Thanks for the help!

Jim, the oil returns should go to the oil pan. You’d have to get the turbos are pretty high to get them to the valvecovers without a pump. As far as oil supply, you can do one for the sending unit and the other from just above the oil filter adapter. There is a plug in the block right there. I have heard that’s oil supply.

Best bet for oil supply will be the port above the oil filter. Run one line past the headers and whatnot, then T it as close to the turbos as possible. Also, make sure you use -3 line for the feeds. For the returns, use the oil pan.

If your going to use one oil feed line and t into two lines, I’d run it from where the sender is in the back of the intake. Since this is in a first gen body and you can mount the turbos high, there is be less pushing “up hill” if you run the line from the back of the block (along the intake and T’d to the turbos).
