Oil Cap leaking oil - Need special Oil cap with filler neck
Guys,
Can anyone direct me to a part # and or company that makes an LT1 oil cap with a neck filler? I have a supercharged motor and it is making so much pressure it is leaking from the oil cap.
Thanks in advance!
Jeff

You'll need to put check valves in the air hoses from the TB to the valve cover and the PCV system.
K&N also makes a filter for the valve cover. Should be PN# 62-1495

This at least has a neck to allow the oil to run up on WOT. The problem is I believe under WOT it will still find its way out through the breather. I want something similar to this design but with an oil cap design (screwing into the neck tube).
Anyone else have any ideas or a part number of something that will work??

That looks like the same filter it just comes with a nifty looking base. How do you have your PVC & fresh air supplies hooked up? If you didn't install check valves then you will pressurize the crank case under boost. I blew the dip stick out of my motor doing that one time.

Not sure how the PCV is set up...will look into this. LOL...hell if you blew the dip stick out I know for sure I will need to address this issue. For now I am driving around like Granny.
