It won't when going up on boost enough.

so how much power do you think id loose at the same boost lelvel, by going from 9.4 to about 8.5 ?

Really hard to say. Don't know your engine combo but I would say 20HP with NO other changes.
But wait there's more. Ya get to go UP 10 more lbs of boost = a hundred HP at least. Maybe not ten but a lot.
