Man I wish I had your headers. The plug access looks great. Changing plugs in mine is a total PITA. Your work is really nice...I'm trying to convince my friend to get a kit from you.

This forum has died hasn't it Jon??!! Hard to get much feedback or attention

So hey couple questions. You have done enough now ya got pretty decent fabrication skills. Why didn't you build some more forward facing headers up "high" and tight... not high like above plugs but to keep as much room under the header. Mainly on the pass side.

Then you got options! you have all kinds of room for a downpipe and possibility for the alternator on the drivers side. then your DP wouldn't have so many crazy bends cuz you could ditch the ac delete pulley. You would of course have to have the crossover go DOWN into the turbo instead of up liike everything ive seen of yours.

Quick thing i noticed and was wondering why you did it. I dont know if how much reading you have had to time to sift through lately but it is being said that having your two pipes merge into one so far before the turbo flange improves flow enough to improve spool and power (related to back pressure and efficiency). Now most that is figuring on a substantial distance before the turbo. Like six inches. So i dont figure you did it that way based off any of that.

Just easier to build merges like that??

6 inches higher and the radiator hoses would be laying on the exhaust housing.

I could build any type of kit, but I typically just do setups with stock accessory layout (stock bracket and locations of accessories). I have done a setup for a 2nd gen camaro similar to what you are saying (except you are saying not to have the headers as high as I did for that car shown below:

I wasn't happy with the height of the turbo, so I added the additional piece above the merge to raise the turbo up...that was the only reason.
