It took me a good lil bit to get it torn down from a complete car to a shell like that. Now to get it put back together.

Spending so much money on parts it is insane. Stange brakes. Racecraft spindles, Fabricated 9 inch, Wolfe/UMI/BMR/Madman suspension, Manual rack, Afco shocks...


Really cant wait to get it done!

 

Figured since this forum is dead i would add a bit to it with a update...

Bit the bullet and ordered a Garrett 91mm last week. Sad thing is it is on back order. I have a long ways to go before i really need it but hell... new parts is always exciting!!

Also scored me a ws6 hood to compliment the front clip swap. $380!! Cant beat that. Will load up pics of the goods that aren't at the chassis shop with the car when i get back in town from work

here is the rear in the crate (along with the TA, PHB, ARB, Manual rack, etc..). Chassis shop is taking their sweet time so unfortunately i lack pictures of a car with completed cage/tubs/ect

 

Well not that anyone is following my build... Chassis shop finally started on my cage.

I'll post pics when I figure out how to do it with my droid.

Well me and a buddy have done it once before with two other vehicles of his... Decided it was my turn to build my "dream drag car" from the ground up. It will take a long long time to do (mainly because of money...) but will be worth it in the end.

Lol its not as big as it looks. But it is bigger than what the average person will ever think of using


I imagine so... a F1 will certainly break a person lol. Just the Kit for your charger cost as much as i have spent so far..

 

how /where do you plan on mounting the turbo? great build even if it takes a long time.

 

Ordering the front bars to make it a twelve point cage... and starting on tubs..
