383 lt4 motor, with a vortech t trim. About a month ago, i was suffering from p0300 random misfires. after careful diagnosis, i settled on the opti and changed it. Now, with about 1000 miles on the new opti, i am getting misfires again. I am getting the ses light on the dash, however it isnt registering on the scanner this time.
I have an accel 300+ multi strike box installed, and was wondering if this box is sending too strong of a signal to the opti as to burn up the cap/rotor.
in addition, i was wondering if it isnt registering on the scanner, what should i look for? wires, plugs, air tract...
