Cool Need Help Installing Supercharger

Hi
I just bought a new paxton SN2000 supercharger. for my 1993 z28 ( speed density ) Comes with msd timing retard modual and paxtimap programable fuel management systemI know the reputation of these things but I could not refuse the price.
The instructions on my kit ask me to install the supercharger crank pully on to the stock harmonic balancer. I have an under pully on there now 9 much smaller ) Can i leave this on there. Will this increase boost having the smaller pully. I dont want to hurt my motor. The unit I have produces 6-7 psi and i think 6psi is what is recomended
I also have a hypertech chip stage 2 I think with the lower temp thermostate. Will I have to change this back to stock. Id liek to keep them both but my main concern is over boost/detonation a lean or rich condition etc. If i use high octane boost and keep the temps low how much retard will I have to run and will i always be adjusting it with giiven weather conditions. I really have so many questions but I figure ill start here and ask more as i go along the way. I upgraded the rear end with 3.73s they are great ( only problem a small vibration on deacceleration at like a 110 that i did not have beore with the 3.23s ) maybe driveshaft or lash adjustment needed. Any ideas on this ?
I am new to this game and I know this is gonna be a challenge. Anyone who can help me along the way Ill be greatlly appreciative.

Definetly scrap the chip. They will advance timing which will cause detonation which is BAD. Keep the 160 thermostat. Get a new chip for blower cars and 160 thermo so your fans don't run all the time. Vibration could be either . Probably driveshaft vibration. Very common on 4th gens.
