My new stuff is in!

Well I'm only waiting on one thing anyway I'm still waiting on my new Kooks headers 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 with 3 1/2 inch collectors. I just decided a couple weeks ago to try these out I figured with all the new flow from my top end these couldn't hurt (AI) Advanced Induction did an awsome job on my new top end. TrickFlow 210cc LT1 CNC'ed Competition Head, these flow well over 30 CFM better than my AFRs did Street/Strip LTx Intake Manifold, it looks nice and should help My old AFR 190s showed some evidence of valve float so I decided to pick up a set of Jessel shaft mount rockers to get better control over the valves. My bottom end all looked good so it got some new bearings and rings. My engine guy wanted to use Hell fire rings this build so thats the only change.

I guess its time to put everything back together now. I made north of 800RWHP with the old set up I expect north of 900RWHP with the new stuff My goal all along has been to run 8s with off the shelf stuff and the stock computer. I shouldn't have any problem doing that this year! I'll post up some numbers when I get it together and back on the dyno I expect that in 4 to 6 weeks ya I'm slow Jeff

Sounds GREAT Jeff!! I'm doing a similar setup to yours this year, but with a different blower (F1C). I hope to make about what you did last year as far as power goes. We'll see!

Keep us updated!!

"What are the head flow numbers?"
Don't have the flow sheet in front of me but on a conservative bench they are right about 300cfm at .600 lift.

"I am tryin to hit 800rwhp on just boost with my D1."
I think its possible to get close to 800RWHP with a D1 if everything is working perfect and your using a manual trans.

I only use a 100 shot and made 815RWHP with poor flowing heads and floating valves Through a th400 with loose converter and 9 inch rear.

I think the best I made on blower only was 680ish but never realy tried to tune for blower only always tuned for max power with the 100 shot.

Jeff-

You're running non-intercooled, right? Got any pics of your setup?

I will lay the piping out and snap some pics this weekend. I should be able to explain how it all fits into the car with the pics. Jeff
