My MAF DIED!
so my MAF just decided to take crap...made the car impossilbe to start, unless i unpluged it....question now is...get another stock maf or should i get a bigger one? i think stock one should be fine
Is it giving you any codes? When I had a nitrous back fire, my car would not start either with it plugged in. Unplugged the maf and the car starts and runs fine.
All I did was disconnect the battery for serveral minutes and hooked it back up with the MAF plugged in and the car fired right up and runs fine.

Every time I post an ebay link the forum editer makes it disappear. However, you can do a search on ebay for the delco part number 213-353. Just use the Make offer feature and offer him $70.
The unit is designed to get the reading with the screen on and unless you think you get some noticable flow improvement i would just leave it alone. Im boosted so it makes no difference but might keep something out of the engine i don't want there.
