My 00 WS6 Buildup

Here another one.

2000 WS6 White with red ricer accents
Blown Motor
Spec 3 clutch
Fast Intake
Rails
NW Throttle Body
STS FMIC Kit

Alot of mods already done. I found the car for him blown up. He paid for the sts kit and thats about it. I have the engine bay gutted with a fresh paint job on it of electric blue. He is repainting the entire car.

Engine setup is gonna be

6.0 Iron Block
Z06 Cam
Patriot Dual Springs

Other than that stock bottom end.

With the LS1 in the car on 8 psi it made 480hp and 540tq

Put pistons and rod bolts in it before you drop it in.

No need for 500-600hp. Rod bolts are only stressed at high rpms. I would be suprised to see 550 hp at 8 psi.

if you can drop compression, i know the motor will take the power. guys over on TTF are putting 600-700 at the wheels on a constant basis.

Guy even had a 4.8 put 700 at the wheels with nothing but 317? heads and a pt88.

Alot of guys on LS1tech say to sell the fast setup and go to an ls6 intake. I think it holds up better to boost and you can use the profited money else where on the setup?

Looking good! Any closer pics of the welds. I am just starting out with a tig, so checking out other people's work is helpful.

Yes the gates are recirced into the down pipe. I dont like the open gate noise.

Overall sound be a stout car . Going to be tuned on a mustang dyno so the
numbers wont be real impressive.
