Mas air meter placement with blower?
Mas air meter placement with blower?
Why do you move the mas air meter with a blower set up? I have always wondered that. Anyone know what would happen if you put it in stock location? I know that you can put the gm MAF on the pressure side after the BOV.
I had my MAF located on the intake side of the blower when I first had the blower on my car. It use to surge like crazy at stop lights and when just sitting in traffic. Someone here, I believe it was 1Lethumper, recommend me to move it to the Pressure side and I did. All my surging went away. I have had it on the pressure side for about ~3 years and about 40K miles without any issues at all. I would recommend that you put it on the pressure side too.
You can click on this link below and it will show you were I have mine located and how I did it (you will need to scroll down about half the page to see)
